HOW DOES SOMEONE GET NOMINATED?
Industry Professionals who would like to participate in the nomination process can do so by:
1. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter on our website and also follow on us our IG at www.instagram.com/runway_intl_fashion_awards so you know when nominations begin, end, etc.
2. When nominations begin, open the link provided. You can be nominated by your peers, followers, clients, friends, family, business partners etc.
3. Yes you can nominate yourself, but be sure you are giving out flowers as well by nominating others. There are many categories so please don’t just nominate yourself.
We have all worked with or know someone in each of the categories, the same way you would like someone to nominate and/or vote for you, then pay it forward.
4. Potential Nominees MUST fulfill the criteria of the respective categories. Nominees are vetted so if they do not fit the category, the nomination will be disqualified.
WHAT ARE THE CATEGORIES &
DESCRIPTIONS?
Designer of The Year Award (Male or Female)
The Designer of the Year award recognizes a Designer/Creative Director whose innovative collections have defined modern fashion as we know it and made a large-scale impact on the growing International Indie Fashion Industry within the last twelve months.
To qualify, designers must have been designing clothing in the industry for at least three years.
NOTE: Candidates MUST have a website displaying their work. NO EXCEPTIONS
Accessory Designer of The Year Award (Male or Female)
The Accessory Designer of the Year award recognizes a Designer/Creative Director whose innovative designs have brought to the front high end accessories and made a large-scale impact on the growing International Indie Fashion Industry within the last twelve months.
To qualify, designers must have been designing clothing in the industry for at least three years.
NOTE: Candidates MUST have a website displaying their work. NO EXCEPTIONS
Curvy Model of The Year Award
The Curvy Model of the Year award honors signed and unsigned models.
The award recognizes the impact of a model, irrespective of gender, who over the last 12 months has
dominated the plus industry on and outside of social media.
This model have made significant contributions to the industry, garnering numerous editorial and advertising campaigns.
Candidates must be actively Modeling professionally for over 3 years.

Child Model of The Year Award
The Child Model of the Year award honors signed and unsigned kids models.
This category is awarded to a child who showcases a body of work that exemplifies excellence in editorial, on runways, print, and commercial endeavors including diverse and creative concepts within the last twelve months.
NOTE: Candidates MUST have a an active IG displaying their work. NO EXCEPTIONS
Male & Female Model of The Year Award
Male/Female Model of the Year award honors signed and unsigned models.
This category is awarded to an individual who showcases a body of work that exemplifies excellence in editorial, print, and commercial endeavors including diverse and creative concepts within the last twelve months.
Candidates must be actively Modeling professionally for 5 years or less.

Stylist of the Year Award (Male or Female)
The Stylist of the Year award recognizes fashion, editorial, and or wardrobe stylists who have curated fashion-forward trends in the fashion industry. This honor is awarded to an individual who showcases a body of work that exemplifies the excellence of the fashion industry and includes diverse, creative and inventive concepts within the last twelve months.
To qualify, candidates must have been styling individuals other than themselves in the industry for at least three years.

Fashion Photographer of the Year Award (Male or Female)
The Photographer of the Year award is given to a creative behind-the-lens who promotes models, brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs’ vision with excellence within the last twelve months.
This professional has an extensive portfolio of fashion, headshots, and editorial credits.
To qualify, candidates must have been working in the industry for at least three years.

Make Up Artist of the Year Award (Male or Female)
The Make Up Artist of the Year award recognizes exceptional achievement in makeup artistry for the runway, editorial, print, or social marketing campaigns.
This person embodies consistent excellence with diverse original creations that celebrate the fashion trends internationally within the last twelve months.
To qualify, candidate must have been doing makeup professionally in the industry for at least three years (on individuals other than themselves.

Nails Professional of the Year Award (Male or Female)
The Nails Professional of the Year award recognizes exceptional achievement in Nails artistry for the runway, on their clients, editorial, print, or social marketing campaigns using variety of hues that evoke the influence and creativity of color.
This person embodies consistent excellence with diverse original creations that celebrate the fashion trends internationally within the last twelve months.
To qualify, candidate must have been doing Nails professionally in the industry for at least three years (on individuals other than themselves.

Barber of the Year Award
The Barber of the Year award recognizes exceptional achievement in Barbering artistry for the runway, on their clients, editorial, print, or social marketing campaigns. This category will celebrate the barber with vision, purpose, commitment, tenacity and commercial strength.
This person embodies consistent excellence with diverse original creations that celebrate the fashion trends internationally within the last twelve months.
To qualify, candidate must have been barbering professionally in the industry for at least three years (on individuals other than themselves.

Content Creator of The Year Award (Male or Female)
The Fashion Content creator of the year award goes to a leading influencer on TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and or YouTube.
This creator represents small and large brands in the fashion industry with campaigns that reach their target audiences on all social media platforms with creative reels, posts, lives, and stories within the last twelve months. This person was most successful in the past year with consistently producing quality content on a regular basis for its followers, stakeholders, and partners.
The recipient of the content creator of the year award has remained true to its brand while delivering relevant topics of fashion and current events.
Fashion Blogger of the Year Award (Male or Female)
The outstanding blogger award honors individuals who share an online journal or informational website that displays stories, experiences personal opinions, hauls, DIY projects, and paid sponsorship for products and services to its audiences within the last twelve months.
This person has credible expertise in the field of fashion, beauty, travel, and/or entertainment.
To qualify, candidates must have been blogging in the industry for at least three years.

Modeling Agency/Model Group of the Year
The Model Agency/Model Group of the year award honors an agency/model group with a roster of 10 +Models that are activity booked and marketed for international/ national shows and ad campaigns.
Agency must be actively established for 3 years or more.
